The Blob You Eat

White chocolate Cointreau mousse with summer berry filling and vanilla sponge cake.

Both the sign and the base are 100% edible chocolate.

(This has a kitschy look, just as it should, but it’s actually a high-quality, subtle dessert! Very tasty!)

    Calliope – yes, The Blob dessert is sold at Artisans on Bridge Street, who have a number of great desserts by the same chef (not made in house – but delicious).
